statement.

Imagination and creativity have been two of the most significant driving forces in my life, which have defined who I am as a person and artist. I have always sought ways to communicate and express my artistic temperament and I have reached the conclusion that it is primarily through the performance art that truth and reality can directly be experienced by the audience.

For me performance is a work in progress that is constantly progressing. That is the reason why I have always tried in my performances to explore and discover new ways of receiving “raw” life material and expressing my constantly shifting perception of it to the audience.

Surprise, challenge, expectation, emotion, sensation are common devices within my work. The art of performance is very fitting for this artistic goal of mine since no two performances can be identical.

I strongly believe that art should be part of social change that examines the social effects of political and economic power. I know that I cannot 'save' the world.

For me it is important that my work will be attuned to our political timing, shaped by the current political situation.

I feel a strong sense of responsibility as an artist.
